Senior Software Engineer (Node, React, TypeScript)Salary: Up to £130,000 + Bonus + great benefitsLocation: London (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week)  A well-established Digital Marketplace is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Staff Software Engineer (with PERN stack) to join a brand new software team. This is a hands-on tech role which will also see you contributing to both strategic goals and high-level technical decisions. You should have experience with micro-service architecture and Kubernetes, and be comfortable in a rapidly growing environment.  Responsibilities…

  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills
  • Implement best practices in software engineering
  • Develop and outline technical roadmaps
  • Influence the technical direction of projects
  • Support and improve team performance
  What we’re looking for…
  • Experience as an individual contributor with various technologies
  • Over 5 years of experience with React, Node and TypeScript
  • Strong full-stack development skills
  • Familiarity with cloud environments
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and lifecycle
  • Experience in architecture and strategic planning
