Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technology to address complex challenges in the Med-tech and Engineering space. Your expertise in Backend development with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, SQL, MySQL, Docker, AWS, and more will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that make a difference. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust Backend solutions.
• Utilize your proficiency in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, SQL, MySQL, Docker, and AWS to create scalable and efficient applications.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and architectural choices, driving innovation within the team.
• Participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback and ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for tooling and process improvements.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Backend development.
• Extensive proficiency in Python, Django, and database technologies like PostgreSQL, SQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £85,000 per annum, although this is flexible based on experience.
