Senior SRE / Site Reliability Engineer (Terraform Azure) London / WFH to £105k

As a Senior SRE / Site Reliability Engineer you will ensure the reliability, performance and availability of the company's core platforms. You'll be responsible for designing, building and monitoring systems to maximise uptime and efficiency for the best possible user experience.
You will provide expertise to software engineering teams to ensure that applications are built with reliability in mind and collaborate with the Platform Team to ensure the necessary infrastructure is scalable. You will also identify and resolve potential outages and performance issues before they become a problem, developing structured monitoring and alerting as well as determining SLAs, SLIs and service level objectives (SLO).
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home policy with only one day a week in the dog friendly, London office, where you can enjoy a diverse, sociable team atmosphere.
About you:
- You have experience of managing a public cloud (Azure preferred)
- You have strong Terraform skills and experience
- You have a good knowledge of DataDog (or other monitoring tools e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
- You have experience with Azure DevOps, Octopus and other CI/CD tools
- You have scripting experience with at least one of the following: PowerShell, Python, C#
- You have a good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and Networking technologies
- You have a good knowledge of Ansible, Kubernetes and Docker
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
