Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day to day technical management of the ServiceNow Product suite.
* Primary contact for all ServiceNow integration and enhancement requests.
* Translating requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and optimise automation and integration.
* Grow into the role to act as the ServiceNow Platform SME and technical escalation point for junior staff.
* Ensure that ServiceNow enhancements and integrations are done to best practice and keep a high Health Scan score.
