Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading organization, seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to drive the design and development of their IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on creating custom solutions and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow functionality, including integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experience and system performance.
  • Document best practices, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience:

  • ServiceNow Development: Proficiency in developing and scripting within the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow design.
  • ServiceNow Modules: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
  • Service Portal Development: Familiarity with building and customizing Service Portals, as well as UI/UX best practices.
  • Scripting Languages: Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
