Job Description:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading organization, seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to drive the design and development of their IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on creating custom solutions and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow functionality, including integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experience and system performance.
- Document best practices, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow Development: Proficiency in developing and scripting within the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow design.
- ServiceNow Modules: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
- Service Portal Development: Familiarity with building and customizing Service Portals, as well as UI/UX best practices.
- Scripting Languages: Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
