ServiceNow Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer. You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, develop Service Portal components, and integrate them with various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
Extend portal functionality with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
Ensure responsive, user-friendly design and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the portal with ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
Contribute to best practices, innovation, and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripts, UI policies, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with AngularJS or modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS)
Experience in ITSM, RESTful APIs, and custom Service Portal themes.
