Allegiance Group are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work across multiple eCommerce websites, collaborating closely with our in-house design, marketing and development teams to implement custom Shopify solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes to enhance the functionality of various eCommerce stores.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party tools and apps to improve store performance.
- Create and update custom features for product pages, carts, and checkout.
- Troubleshoot and debug Shopify stores to enhance user experience and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver solutions aligned with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Solid understanding of Shopify's Liquid templating language.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party apps within Shopify.
- Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including SEO optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
