Our client, a leading Financial Services company is looking for an experienced Siebel Consultant. This role involves working as a key member of the Siebel implementation team to execute project tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of an enterprise solution, including Siebel IP23.10 and other Oracle application technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled consultant with a strong Siebel background to contribute to a critical project while enjoying flexibility with remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Siebel technical solutions based on user requirements, utilising Agile user stories and relevant Siebel capabilities.
- Configure Siebel applications according to refined, feature-based user requirements, adhering to Oracle's recommended configuration guidelines.
- Build Siebel web services to integrate with external systems within the organisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring all changes are properly documented and retrofitted.
- Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed, maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong Siebel development and configuration skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of Siebel configuration experience in a project environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in delivering technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel Workflow Processes, EAI, Task-Based UI, and eScript.
