Reed.co.uk is looking for a Software Development Manager to join their Engineering Team in Holborn, London.

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our new B2B Ecommerce team. You will drive technical leadership, foster a culture of ownership, and support engineers' growth. Your role includes delivering product roadmaps in an Agile environment, working closely with engineers, product managers, and scrum masters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers using C#, React (NextJS), and a microservice-based architecture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

  • Mentor engineers, manage performance, and promote professional development.

  • Maintain and enhance a robust technical platform.

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
