In this position, your role will be to deliver 1-to-1 training and coaching sessions to apprentices and learners, guiding them through their learning journey to ensure they achieve their potential. Additionally, you'll host group coaching sessions once a week to train and develop groups of learners.
The successful candidate for this position will have experience delivering Software Development training courses against apprenticeship standards.

The Role:
* Software Development Trainer
* Delivering 1-to-1 training to apprentices
* Host weekly group coaching sessions
* Offering guidance and support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications.
* Remote position, working one day a month in Birmingham, 37.5 Hours
The Person:
* Experienced in Software Development
* Passionate about passing on knowledge to others
* Experience delivering Software Development Courses against apprenticeship standards
