London (2 days per week)
£78,000 - £96,000 + bonus, shares, 30 days hol + 8 BH, private medical.
SR2 couldn't be more excited to be working with a global banking platform that is a major finance force for good. They recently announced a whopping multi-billion pound investment in their data, people, and security £50 million going into a big tech transformation.
This is a huge opportunity as we start to build out multiple new teams across London. They have built a platform with over 26 million users, which has successfully reached over 6 billion log-ons this year so far.
They are looking for a technical software engineer with a main focus on building systems in Java and Kafka. You will be a dynamic and adaptable individual, able to use and learn new skills in varying circumstances. You'll be curious about technology and understanding how things work and influence positively - demonstrating the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members.
What you'll need:
They need a Software Engineer who has a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and experience in end to-end delivery of software products. Experience in the following is essential:

Monitoring using Dynatrance/Splunk

Cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS)
