Broster Buchanan are partnered with a quickly growing Financial Services business who are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Python Developer who will act as a Technical Assistant to the CEO, being critical in driving their strategic priorities while getting stuck into technical and operational challenges.As the CEO's right hand, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support critical business needs. This would suit a strong Python developer with experience in areas like process automation and data analysis, with solid project management skills.On offer is a salary of £50k - £70k and a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Holborn, Central London.Key responsibilities:Technical Hands-On Support:

Collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges.
Develop and refine scripts, automate tasks, and analyse data using Python.
Develop solutions as needed in Python to assist developers
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Operational Excellence:

Act as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and presenting solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership Support:

Manage communication and coordination across teams to align efforts.
Serve as a sounding board and problem-solver for leadership.

Experience:

Proficiency in Python is essential, with experience in scripting, data analysis, or process automation.
Must have some project management experience with the ability to project manage and work autonomously with given tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be educated to degree level with a 1st class in a relevant science (CS, Data Science etc)
