- Develop and execute comprehensive System Integration Test plans
- Design and implement test scenarios across interconnected logistics software modules
- Validate system integrations between warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control systems
- Identify, document, and track software defects through complete resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after integration updates
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in System Integration Testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal formats
- Experience with integration testing techniques
- Familiarity with API testing
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Certified Software Tester (ISTQB)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Familiarity with cloud testing environments
