SIT Test Manager - Bonds/Repos - sought by leading investment bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid
Key responsibilities:
- Must be a hands-on SIT Test Manager
- Be able to define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project goals
- Identify testing scope, objectives, timelines and test resources for project
- Lead the testing initiative
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration
- Oversea the creation and execution of test plans, test cases and scripts
- Ensure thorough coverage of functional and integration testing.
- Monitor progress and quality of testing activities
- Ensure adherence to Bank quality standards.
- Work closely with project manager, developers and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for Repo Expansion testing and provide regular updates on test status, risks and issues
- Manage defect tracking, triaging and resolution processes
- Provide detailed test reports to stakeholders
- Identify root causes of defects and recommend improvements
- Experience 3+ years in Test Manager role
- Experience with Murex, Bonds, Repos, Trade Reporting, Trade Reconciliation, Trade Lifecycle.
