Tester - SEPA/Payments - Contract - sought by investment bank based in London - Hybrid
*inside IR35 - umbrella*
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of payment systems, focusing on SEPA Instant protocols.
- Validate messages and ensure they comply with established standards and protocols.
- Perform integration testing with external systems, including TIPS (TARGET Instant Payment Settlement).
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SEPA Instant protocols.
- Domain expertise in OPF payment systems.
- Experience with message validation and message protocols.
- Proven experience in integration testing with external systems, particularly TIPS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
