Workday Quality Assurance Test Lead 12 Month FTC

Location: London

Company Overview: Join a leading organisation in the Technology Department as we seek a skilled Workday QA Test Lead to oversee the testing efforts for our HR Workday implementation project.

Role Overview: You will lead the QA team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality HR solutions are delivered. This role requires expertise in QA methodologies, test automation, and experience with Workday integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Management: Lead the end-to-end QA process, develop test strategies, and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of QA engineers, allocate resources, and promote a collaborative environment.
