Role Description:
- Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant
- Specializing in supporting a pupil with Autism in the Reception class
- Immediate start until July 2025
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Provide personalised support to the pupil with Autism to facilitate their learning and development
- Collaborate with the EYFS team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- £90 to £100 per day based on experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a good understanding of working with children with Autism
- Strong knowledge of Early Years education and development
- Patient, empathetic, and compassionate towards the needs of children with Autism
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external support professionals
