The Role Involves:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for children with additional needs
Using creative approaches to make learning fun and accessible
Supporting children with sensory, speech & language, and social challenges

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
Understanding of SEN support strategies (PECS, Makaton, or sensory play is a plus!)
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
