The role: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full Time
Interview Type: Immediate Paid Trial
Location: Lewisham, East London
Rate: £90 - £110 per day
At Remedy we are looking for a friendly, exciting and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to come join one of our partner schools in in South East London. You will be supporting a year 1 child academically.
The ideal candidate:
- Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Working closely with the Early Years team and other staff to ensure a smooth transition to Reception.
- Assessing and monitoring the children's progress and development, and providing constructive feedback
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers, and involving them in their children's learning
- Contributing to the school's vision, values, and ethos, and upholding its policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Early Years BTEC Qualification (Level 3)
- Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 professional references)
- Enhanced child DBS (Preferably on the update Service)
