Salary: 100 per dayPosition: EYFS/KS1 Reception Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children in Reception.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students with high needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with other staff members and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
- Experience with high-needs is essential.
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
