About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim Teaching and Learning Lead to join a supportive and nurturing special school in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real impact in the lives of students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Develop creative, differentiated learning strategies to support students with SEN, ensuring that every student is encouraged and supported to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students, creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support with Teaching & Learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching within a special school or working with students with SEN.
  • Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit until the end of the academic year.
