This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their career in education while supporting students across various subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them meet their learning goals.

Assisting the teacher with planning and delivering lessons.

Encouraging positive behavior and maintaining a focused, supportive learning environment.

Monitoring student progress and offering feedback to the teacher.

Supporting students with additional needs to ensure they are engaged and included in lessons.
Key Requirements:

A degree in any subject (essential).

A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
