Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location: WandsworthContract: Full-Time, Term-Time OnlySalary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional learning help.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans, ensuring all students can engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist with classroom management, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students' social and emotional well-being, helping them build confidence and independence.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, including maintaining student records and tracking progress as part of individualized learning plans.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a secondary school environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant qualifications (such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are beneficial but not required.
