Calling all experienced Learning Support Assistants! A top-rated secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is looking for a dedicated LSA to join their team starting in September 2024. Offering a pay rate of £85 to £95 per day, this role is perfect for someone eager to make a difference in young lives and advance their career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with their learning, providing individual and small group support.
- Support students with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Help prepare learning materials and resources.
- Assist students in both individual and group activities in the classroom.
- Encourage students to engage actively in their learning.
- Work with teachers to identify and meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents as needed.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
