Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across various subjects.
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure that students with additional learning needs are fully supported in the classroom.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or dyslexia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A flexible and patient approach to working with students who may face challenges in their learning.
