A highly regarded secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from October 2024. With a competitive daily rate of £85 to £95, this role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact in students' lives and progressing their career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students through one-on-one and small group assistance.
- Address students' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting overall well-being.
- Assist with preparing educational materials and classroom resources.
- Support students in both individual and group activities, encouraging active participation.
- Collaborate with teachers to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Track and monitor student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and keep up-to-date with best practices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
