We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea. If you're enthusiastic about helping students overcome learning challenges and thrive in their education, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Role Overview:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with students who need additional support, helping them engage with lessons and succeed academically. Your key duties will include:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with specific learning needs
  • Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment
  • Helping students with their academic tasks, including classwork and homework
  • Encouraging students' personal growth and fostering their emotional well-being
  • Monitoring and reporting on students' progress

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (can be processed through Tradewind)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people's education
  • The legal right to work in the UK
