- Providing tailored support to students with a range of abilities and SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions and assist with differentiated learning activities.
- Support students with their social, emotion and educational development both in group settings and on a 1:1 basis.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their engagement in lessons.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND including Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
