Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Southwark

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark.

Role Details:

  • Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Location: Southwark
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Full-time, until at least early spring 2025
  • Setting: KS2 (Key Stage 2) classroom
  • Purpose: Covering long-term sickness

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience within a primary school setting or working with children in a childcare environment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
  • An ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council).
