Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:- Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with ASC in the SEN Unit.

- Assist with daily activities, ensuring pupils feel supported and included in their learning.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly working with children with Autism or similar additional needs.
- Confident in managing behaviours linked to ASC and skilled at creating a positive and supportive environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to meet the diverse needs of pupils in a mixed-age setting.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to undergo the process through Reeson Education.
