Remedy Education is looking for a committed and compassionate individual to become a part of a fantastic team, offering vital support to a child with diverse needs, including autism, learning delays, non-verbal communication, and hearing impairments.Key Responsibilities:Offer personalised, one-on-one assistance to the child, applying tailored learning methods and interactive activities.Support communication through alternative techniques like PECS, Makaton, or AAC.Create a welcoming and supportive learning environment that accommodates the child's sensory requirements.Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to foster a well-rounded approach to the child's development.Monitor progress, provide consistent feedback, and assist in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
