Job Details:- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Location: King's Cross
- Pay: £90 - £100 per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: July 2025

- Full-time Learning Support Assistant working 1:1 with a KS1 child
- Supporting a pupil with ASD and SEMH, helping them engage in learning
- Implementing tailored interventions to encourage development and confidence
- Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning activities for the child's needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques
- Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and SEMH
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to learning support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A passion for making a real difference in a child's education
