The ideal candidate should be motivated, take initiative and be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff alike.About the school:

Job description:
  • Working with individuals and small SEND groups with a dynamic intervention approach
  • Provide a pro-active approach in the classroom to ensure the constant support of the class teacher and tailored assistance to each child's individual needs
  • Responsible for the behaviour management of students in and out of the classroom
