Learning Support Assistant - Clapham

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s education? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant school in Clapham.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you will provide essential support to students, helping them to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting children with a range of learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to support students in small groups and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist with differentiated learning activities to ensure all students can engage and progress.
  • Support children with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including Autism, Dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
Requirements:
