What You'll Be Doing:?? Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups to keep them engaged and on track.?? Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to tailor lessons and learning strategies.?? Managing behaviour and motivation, ensuring students stay focused.?? Helping students build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning.?? Creating a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:?? Experience working with young people - whether in a school, coaching, mentoring, or a similar role.?? Strong communication skills - able to keep students motivated and engaged.?? A calm, confident, and adaptable approach to challenges.?? A solid understanding of SEN and behaviour management (or a willingness to learn).?? Team player mentality - someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.?? An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
