What You'll Be Doing:

?? Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups to keep them engaged and on track.?? Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to tailor lessons and learning strategies.?? Creating a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For:

?? Experience working with young people - whether in a school, coaching, mentoring, or a similar role.?? Strong communication skills - able to keep students motivated and engaged.?? A calm, confident, and adaptable approach to challenges.?? A solid understanding of SEN and behaviour management (or a willingness to learn).?? Team player mentality - someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.?? An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
