Learning support assistant Are you a learning support assistant and looking to work in a 'Good' OFSTED rated school?Are you a bright energetic individual, work well independently and as part of a team to support children?If your answer is Yes, then this teaching assistant position is for you! This lovely primary school, based in Cricklewood are looking to recruit a learning support assistant to join their supportive team to work 2:1 with a child in KS1 with Autism and difficulties in attention and listening. This is long-term post requires a talented learning support assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential while remaining engaged in their learning.

Encouraging children's confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Emotional Intelligence
Experience in a Classroom, Social Care or Youth work setting
Experience with Autism
A Positive, Proactive, Professional, Friendly and Outgoing Personality
