Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help students with academic tasks, exam preparation, and building confidence.
- Promote inclusion and encourage students' independence and self-esteem.
- Work alongside educational specialists to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
