Learning Support Assistant

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: 8:15 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Salary: £90-£95 per day
• Location: Enfield

As an LSA, you will:

• Support students with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve academic and personal success.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to implement effective strategies for underachieving students.
• Provide tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning and foster a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN or additional needs (preferably in a secondary school setting).
• A passion for helping underachieving students thrive.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and a strong team ethic.

To be successful, you will need:

• An enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
