Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with ASC, focusing on their academic and emotional needs.
- Assist with implementing behaviour and learning plans to help pupils achieve their full potential.
- Create a calm, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters confidence and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to provide consistent, high-quality support.

- Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to apply for one through Reeson Education.
