Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting pupils within EYFS, Primary or SEN schools? If so, this is the job for you!Horizon Teachers are working with a mainstream Primary school based in Redbridge, assisting in their search for Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will join an experienced and supportive team of SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as supporting small groups.The school is within walking distance to an overground and a tube station.What do the school require from you?

Experience in EYFS or Primary settings.
A background in supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Confidence and ability to use your initiative.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
