Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting student success? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant secondary school community in Wandsworth (Putney), where you'll make a lasting impact on the academic and personal growth of our students.

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and tailored support for students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every student receives the guidance they need to thrive, both academically and socially, in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teaching by assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
