Learning Support Assistant - Clapham

About the Role:As an LSA, you will provide essential support to students, helping them to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting children with a range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to support students in small groups and one-to-one settings.
- Assist with differentiated learning activities to ensure all students can engage and progress.
- Support children with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including Autism, Dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
