We are seeking a compassionate, committed, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant secondary school community in Newham. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that works closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in school life.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Providing tailored in-class support to students with additional needs, including those with SEND

  • Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning, build confidence, and encourage independence

  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to deliver targeted support strategies

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Supporting with behaviour management and social development as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or educational setting

  • A patient, understanding, and nurturing approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A flexible attitude and willingness to learn

  • A genuine commitment to promoting inclusion and raising achievement
