The school -LSA (Learning Support Assistant)

The specialist SEN school in the Kensington & Chelsea area is focused on supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with moderate Learning difficulties and associated complexities. The school accommodates approximately 100 KS3/4 students (approximately 60 KS5 students) and a restricted group size to ensure each student’s pathway and program is individually catered for and supplements this with a strict teacher-to student ratio. All pupils are post ECHP. It is located near excellent public transport links with limited staff parking in place.

The role -LSA (Learning Support Assistant)

The ideal LSA (Learning Support Assistant) will have had previous experience of working with students with severe behavioural issues and come from a school background where challenging behaviour is part of everyday school life. The role would require you to work 1:1 with a KS3 student from a troubled background with heightened challenging behaviour issues.
