We are currently looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a really lovely school Wandsworth, mornings only. 

 

The Role

You will be working within Reception, assisting the class teacher and providing 1:1 support with a pupil with SEND. The child is Autistic and non verbal. You will be joining an experienced and welcoming team and will support in all aspects of learning, playing and interacting with peers and the wider school community.  

The school are interested in applications from both experienced SEN teaching assistants and also those who have experience working with children in other settings.  You will have good support from the school's SEND coordinator and class teachers and training will be offered.

This role is to start ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis until a place in a SEN school becomes available for the child.
