Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to SEN students, ensuring they engage effectively in lessons and make progress in line with their educational plans.
  • Work closely with teachers and other educational staff to implement strategies that promote student learning and well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and support the social and emotional development of students.
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents when necessary.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting SEN students is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
