Role:

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
  • Prepare and adapt educational materials to meet individual student requirements
  • Support students’ physical, social, and emotional well-being
  • Provide a positive, inclusive classroom environment to engage and motivate students
  • Assist with managing students' behavioural and learning challenges
Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a relevant field from a Top UK University is essential
  • Previous experience with children, ideally in a SEN setting
  • Strong communication skills and excellent behaviour management abilities
  • Confidence in supporting students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties
  • A patient, compassionate, and child-focused approach to education
