About the RoleAs an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various learning needs in mainstream or SEN schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Working one-on-one or in small groups to provide tailored support.

Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing differentiated learning activities.

Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Helping students develop social and communication skills.

Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.

A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
