About the RoleAs an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various learning needs in mainstream or SEN schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working one-on-one or in small groups to provide tailored support.

  • Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing differentiated learning activities.

  • Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Helping students develop social and communication skills.

  • Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback.
