- Role Type: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
- Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour.
- Payment Frequency: Weekly payments, with wages paid every Friday.
- Immediate Start: We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or other additional needs.
- Assist with personal care, if required, and help students engage with classroom activities.
- Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and ensure students are able to access the curriculum.
- Help with the development and implementation of strategies that promote inclusion, participation, and academic progress.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment to build students' confidence and engagement.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role supporting students with SEN.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
- Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged if not already held).
- Passion for SEN Support: A genuine desire to support and help students with additional learning needs succeed in their education.
