SEN Teaching Assistant | Year 2 Class | SEN | Long Term | Immediate Start | Haringey

Long Term Teaching Assistant (TA) role to start as soon as possible in a Year 2 class at lovely primary school in Haringey, North London.

We are looking for an empathetic SEN practitioner who is knowledgeable with autism and available to start as soon as possible and continue for the whole academic year. The role would suit a someone with previous experience working with SEN and mildly challenging behaviour in KS1.

  • 1:1 Role with autistic child with moderate learning difficulties
  • Settling child into Year 2 classroom routine
  • Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant required who can bring techniques to the role
  • Managing behaviour and setting boundaries
  • Long term role for the whole year to start as soon as possible
  • Great transport links from all over London

This is a very good opportunity for someone to come in and establish a long term relationship with a child who is enjoyable to work with.

Year 2 experience is beneficial for the role and the ability to bring in ideas for establishing routines with SEN children.
